Start with your family’s questions

Before a visit, write down what you would like to understand. Programme eligibility, timings, settling in and fees are useful starting points. You do not need to know every answer before you arrive.

Talk about an ordinary day

Ask the team to describe the rhythm of a school day. What happens when children arrive? How do stories, play and guided activities fit together? Practical examples can make the experience easier to picture.

Ask how communication works

Find out who you would speak with about everyday questions and how learning updates are shared. If a child is finding a new routine difficult, ask how the team and family would talk about it.

Make the next step clear

Before leaving, check which programme you are considering, what details still need confirming and how to follow up. Ask for current fees and document requirements directly from the school.

Let’s talk about your next step.

Bring your questions to a conversation with the school.
